Pioneering Consumer Advocate Highlighted in Omaha World Herald Article

Long time friend of MHA-NE and just about all people living with mental illness in Nebraska, Phyllis McCaul is highlighted for her unselfish devotion to her family in Erin Grace's article entitled Siblings find a true haven, published on November 26, 2009.  Click on the link below and read more on how Phyllis stepped up to help her family by fighting to adopt her niece's young children after she died unexpectedly and they were then turned over to the state by their father under the state's new Safe Haven law.

MHA-NE / RecycleBank Partnership
